A Day To Remember sues Victory RecordsThe internet has been abuzz with rumors that pop punk/screamo band A Day To Remember are suing their record label, Victory Records. THe rumors go as so, that Victory breached contract with the band, and was not filling their contractual obligations. Victory released a statement early Thursday morning regarding the issue.
