Experimental #indie rockers The Mars Volta have announced they'll be dropping their new album, entitled "Noctourniquet" [love that name] on March 27th. Two genre bending, ground breaking bands who ruled indie music in the nineties, are both coming back together to rock the stage at the 2012 Coachella Music And Arts Festival.
