New Album: "Food & Liquor II" by Lupe Fiasco

September 25, 2012 by Writer // #lupefiasco #food&liquor2 #hiphop

Hip-hop artist Lupe Fiasco released part one of the sequel to his "Food & Liquor" album today. The "The Great American Rap Album" is Lupe's look into American culture and in typical Lupe style, its not without controversy. One of his singles, "Bitch Bad" take shots at those who promote using the word "Bitch" and creates a theoretical story of a young boy who hears his mother singing along to a song on the radio referring to herself as a "Bad Bitch". His song "Lamborghini Angels" speaks on the mental corruption of women and catholic priests who molest young children. Whatever way you slice it, Lupe isn't afraid to discuss sensitive topics that get people talking.

Watch the music video for "Bitch Bad" below and purchase the album on iTunes or in a store near you (it will be the one with the all black cover).
