KJ Golden was born in Little Rock, Ar. Since the time she was born, she has always had a passion for music. She grew up listening to artist such as Biggie Smalls, New Edition, and TLC. After taking a poetry class in the 5th grade, KJ developed a passion for poetry. She began writing poems in her spare time. Her poetry was very different though; it had a "hip hop feel". Christmas time began to approach and KJ's youth pastor asked her and a group of her friends who sang to perform at the Churches annual "Birthday Party for Jesus." Her friends thought it would be funny if she rapped one of her poems. Even though the performance was horrible, KJ loved the feeling she got rapping at church. "I wanted to see if God was real. I wanted to see if God could make the impossible possible," said KJ. God did just that, he made the IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE. KJ has now been rapping for 10 years all over the United States. God is doing some amazing things in KJ life and through her ministry. “I pray my music touches just one life."
